It was Marie baby shower, everyone was at the DWMA celebrating for Marie and Stein new unborn baby and everyone was having a great time, but you. You were in the corner looking down twirling a glass of wine in your hand thinking of the thing you’ve done that was unforgivable. [“Name”] you jump up from your state of thought and looked up. It was Maka with a concern look in her face “Are you alright?” she asks. “Umm, yeah I’m fine.” You said lying and forcing a smile. “Okay” she said not really believing you and left looking for Soul. You gave a loud sigh to yourself and look back down at your wine thinking of the thing you did with Professor Stein a week ago and haven’t seen him till now. You looked up seeing him talking to Spirit with Marie around his arm.  He looked over at you and gave you a wave hello; you slightly gave him one back. Looking back down you thought even though it happened a week ago it felt as if it was just yesterday.  

[A week ago]
    You were about to head home after a long day from school. [“Name!”] You heard someone yell out , you turned around to see it was Professor Stein. You stop in mid hallway and Stein walking tours you then with a complete stop in front of you. “Hello Professor Stein.” You said “Hello [Name].” he said with a smile in his face.

Stein: “What are you doing tomorrow Saturday?”

You: “Nothing.”

You: “Why?” tilting your head to the side

Stein: Remember what you told me that you haven’t seen a doctor in over two years.

You: “Yeah.”

Stein: I thought I can give you a physical.

You: “No, that’s alright.” shaking both your hands nervously.

Stein: “Its Doctors orders.” he then turned around and walks away he then lifted his hand and waved without looking back at you “I’ll see you at my house tomorrow.”

You just stood there until Stein made that turn in the end of the hallway. He must really care about his students, that’s why he’s doing it you thought to yourself then continue home.

 The next day you went to Dr. Stein place. You rang the doorbell and Dr. Stein opens the door and welcomed you in.
You look around and notice that Marie wasn’t home. “Where is Marie?”  You asked, wanting to know.

 “At the hospital having an ultrasound.”  Stein said as he was preparing for your physical.

“Shouldn’t you be with her then giving me physical?” You said in an angry tone.
“I know, I know, but you haven’t seen a doctor for so long. And I just wanted to see if you’re healthy.”

He had a point, but still isn’t being there for Maria far more important than being with me. You were thinking to yourself.  

He grabs your hand, sat you down on a stool. And he sat backward on his rolling chair

He told you to open your mouth, you did as told.

He then checks the inside of you ears then check on your reflexes.

“Okay, everything looks good, let me just get my stethoscope and we will be done here.”

He left to go look for it. You sat there and remember that you always really wanted to be alone with him, because you like him a lot.
Now that you are, you really don’t because he’s with Marie now.

He came back with tea and two empty tea cups.

“What, I thought you were going to look for the stethoscope?” you said in a giggle.
“I did, but I must have left it at the DWMA.” He said placing the tea and two cups down on the table.
“Come over and sit next to me” he said patting the empty spot next to him on the couch.

You got up from the stool and went to go sit next to Stein on the couch. You both drank your tea then there was a long time of silence between the two of you.

“Thank you for the tea.” You finally broke the silence. “your very welcome.” He said.

“So, how is school going for you?” he ask

“Fine.”

“Are you passing all your classes?”

“Of course I am.”

“Have any boyfriends?”

That caught you off guard. You didn’t expect him to say something like that.

“NO! Why would you ask me something like that?”
“I was just curious.” Stein said

There was another long time of silence between the two of you.

“You know I’m just worry about you, right?” This time he broke the silence.

“I guess so.” You said quietly.

“I’m sorry if I offended you” he said apologetically.

“Don’t be. I know that I’m ugly and can’t get a boyfriend.” You said turning your face not wanting to face him.

“That’s not true. I think you’re beautiful.” He said turning your face to face his.

“liar.” You pouted.

“I’m not; I like your (color) hair, (color) eyes, and your baby soft cheeks.” He said placing one hand on your cheek and slowly wraps his arm around your waist.

“Umm, Dr. Ste-? “

Without warning he smashes his lips on yours.

Your eyes open wide in disbelief, but slowly you started to melt into the kiss and started to kiss him back. You rap your arm around his neck so you can deepen the kiss. It felt so good to you.

That made you immediately push him away and jump off couch.

“I’m sorry Dr. Stein” you said in a whisper and then you ran to his front door and left.

“Wait [Name]!” Stein yelled out to you but you just kept running and didn’t look back.

[End of flashback]  

  WATCH OUT!!!  You heard someone yelled out. You look up and suddenly a cake landed on your face, and Black Star was face flat on the floor.
     “I’m so sorry [name].” Tsubaki said worried that you would get mad at Black Star.
“I told you to tie your shoelaces.” Tsubaki look down at Black Star who is still on the floor.
“It’s alright.” You said nonchalantly while wiping the cake from your face with your sleeve shirt.  
“Really, you’re not mad?” Black Star said as he got up from the floor.
“No, I’m not mad.” You really didn’t care because the only thing that was on your mind is what happen between you and Stein.
You knew it was just a kiss but, it almost became more and you stop it before things went any further.
“I think I’ll just go home now.” you said then started to walk towards the door.
“There is no need for that [Name.]” Stein stops in front of you to prevent you from going.
“Come with me, we’ll go to the nurse’s office, I have an extra button up shirt you can wear.”  Stein said then took your hand to go get the button up shirt.

[At the nurse’s office]

         Both of you enter the room.  “I’ll go look for the shirt you can wait here, alright?” you just gave him a nod not keeping eye contact with him. Few minutes later he retruns with the new shirt. “Here you go
[Name].” he pass you the shirt.

“Thank you, I’ll just change then go home.” You said wanting to leave really badly.  “But I haven’t finished giving you your physical remember. I left my stethoscope here.”

You remember he was right. “Alright let’s get it over with.” You said. “Just remove your shirt and I’ll get started.”  He said.
